By booking an appointment, enrolling in a membership, or using this website , you agree to the following: 

 

Appointments requite at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee, which must be paid prior to rebooking. 

 

Full payment is due at the time of service. Cash, checks, debit/credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, FSA/HSA cards are accepted.

Massage therapy is provided for pain relief and relaxation and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed Physician. Please inform your massage therapist of all medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or changes in your health before your session.

Most of the massage modalities offered use oil or lotion directly on the skin. If you have any religious, cultural, or personal modesty preferences, please let your massage therapist know so those preferences can be accommodated to the best of our ability.

Respectful conduct is expected at all times. Mercy Massage Ministry reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.

Gift certificates are nonrefundable, nontransferable, have no cash value, and may be redeemed only for the service listed on the certificate. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive appointment related communications, as well as occasional updates, wellness tips, and special offers from Mercy Massage Ministry. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by hitting the unsubscribe link, or opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Opting out of promotional related messages will not affect appointment-related communications.

Memberships: By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring automatic payments using the payment method on file and agree to the separate Membership Terms & Conditions, which outlines membership benefits, billing, cancellations, and other program terms.
